Business Development Executive (Staffing & Recruitment)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with a strong background in staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and building long-term business relationships within the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in staffing and recruitment services
  • Handle end-to-end client acquisition and account management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Manage lead generation through various channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, etc.)

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in Business Development within staffing/recruitment
  • Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
