Business Development Executive (Staffing & Recruitment)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with a strong background in staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and building long-term business relationships within the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in staffing and recruitment services
- Handle end-to-end client acquisition and account management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams
- Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Manage lead generation through various channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, etc.)
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in Business Development within staffing/recruitment
- Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
