Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to support both client engagement and project delivery coordination. This role acts as a bridge between Lead Generation, Sales, Post-Sales, and Delivery teams, ensuring potential clients are engaged effectively and confirmed projects move smoothly from onboarding to successful completion.

The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, nurturing prospective clients, verifying project requirements, and ensuring proper coordination during project delivery to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Identification & Client Engagement
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and business opportunities through professional networks, social platforms, and referrals.
  • Initiate introductory communication with prospective clients via calls, emails, or professional platforms.
  • Present the company's services clearly and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Maintain follow-ups with interested prospects until they are ready for further discussions with the Sales team.
Qualification & Sales Coordination
  • Gather preliminary information regarding client requirements, project scope, and timelines.
  • Document key discussion points and coordinate with the Sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Ensure clear communication during the transition from initial engagement to sales discussions.
Order Review
  • Review newly confirmed orders to ensure all instructions, documents, and reference materials are complete and accessible.
  • Coordinate with internal teams if additional clarification or information is required.
  • Conduct client confirmation calls when necessary to verify scope, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Ensure proper documentation of project requirements before assigning work to delivery teams.
Delivery Coordination & Issue Resolution
  • Support delivery teams by facilitating communication between clients, experts, and internal teams.
  • Assist in managing revisions, scope discussions, or delivery clarifications.
  • Coordinate meetings or calls when required to maintain project alignment and progress.
CRM & Process Management
  • Maintain organized records of leads, prospective clients, and ongoing projects within the CRM system.
  • Track engagement activities and project progress to support internal coordination.
  • Identify operational improvements and contribute to refining internal processes for lead management and project delivery.
Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

24 years of experience in client relationship management, operations coordination, business development support, or project delivery roles.

Key Skills

  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and stakeholders
  • High attention to detail in reviewing project instructions and documentation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and professional communication platforms
  • Research and networking abilities for identifying business opportunities
