Job Description

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive for our recruitment services team. This role is ideal for professionals who have a strong network, understand the staffing industry, and can bring in new clients for recruitment mandates.

Position: Business Development Executive Recruitment

Experience Required: 27 Years

Location: Noida, Sector 135

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients who require recruitment and staffing services.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, references, and market research.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with HRs, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill mandates.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and ensure revenue generation.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and regularly follow up for business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in business development within a recruitment or staffing agency.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes across industries.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
