Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients who require recruitment and staffing services.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, references, and market research.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HRs, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill mandates.
- Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and ensure revenue generation.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and regularly follow up for business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in business development within a recruitment or staffing agency.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
