Business Development Job Profile:

Candidate will be part of the Business Development Team and will focus on identifying & acquiring new clients, growing existing clients, revenue enhancement, and penetrating new geographies. The Business Development role will be for both domestic and international divisions. The candidate should have good communication skills, networking & interested in identifying new opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through calls, references, social media, and field visits.

Client Communication: Make outbound calls to prospects, explain course offerings, and handle enquiries professionally.

Sales Conversion: Engage with potential students/parents, understand their needs, and convert leads into admissions.

Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads to ensure timely closures.

Institutional Visits: Visit colleges and schools to conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional activities.

Appointment Setting: Fix appointments with educational institutions and meet key decision-makers.

Negotiation Skills: Negotiate effectively with clients and institutions to finalize enrolments and partnerships.

Reporting: Maintain daily and weekly reports on lead status, conversions, and field activities.

Market Awareness: Stay updated about competitor activities and market trends.
