Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Hyderabad for a Business Development Executive at Spoors. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, communication with clients, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Inside Sales or Field Sales, specifically in IT products or IT services.
  • Comprehensive experience managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle.
  • Proven expertise in lead generation through market research, email campaigns, social media marketing, and cold calling.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in preparing proposals, demonstrating excellent negotiation skills, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively with the technical team to understand and meet client requirements.
