Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Erode. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing account management. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Proficient in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of Business operations and strategy
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Account Management and nurturing client relationships
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the BPO or a related industries is highly desirable
