Business Development Executive

Softwings Technologies is a rapidly growing IT solutions provider specializing in a wide range of web services, including e-commerce web development, mobile application development, and search engine optimization (SEO). The company offers expertise in custom software development and tailored solutions for industries such as education, healthcare, and retail management. Additionally, Softwings supports clients with online marketing and research to drive their business development and success.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Business Development Executive. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research to understand industry trends, and creating strategies to boost company growth. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to align business goals and meet revenue targets, while representing the company at client meetings and industry events.

• Proven skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategies.
• Strong abilities in Market Research and Lead Generation to identify and target new opportunities.
• Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.
• Time Management and Organizational skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
• Familiarity with IT services such as web development, SEO, and mobile application solutions is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in B2B sales or IT services is a plus.
• A proactive approach with a goal-driven mindset and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
