Role Summary
The Business Development Executive will own end-to-end sales for Growth Sailor's marketing services. This role is for professionals who can independently handle leads, close deals, and consistently meet monthly revenue targets while contributing directly to business growth.
Responsibilities
- Own lead conversion across outbound, inbound, and referral channels
- Pitch marketing and growth solutions to brands and startups with decision-makers
- Identify client needs, propose solutions, and close deals independently
- Manage follow-ups and negotiations to ensure timely closures
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and closure records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
- Meet assigned monthly revenue and closure targets
Qualifications
- 24 years of proven experience in sales or business development
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet targets consistently
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Performance-driven, incentive-motivated mindset
- Working knowledge of digital marketing services
