Role Description

Looking out for Business Development Executive (BDE) for well reputed facilities managment company Having experience of 2-3years.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and negotiating contracts. They will also establish strategic partnerships while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to achieve business growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers via research, referrals, and networking.
  • Outreach & Sales: Conducting cold calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages to prospects.
  • Client Meetings: Scheduling and conducting product demos or introductory calls.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Target Achievement: Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • CRM Management: Updating client interaction records in CRM software.
  • Market Research: Analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Business and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for building and nurturing relationships
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and execute strategies efficiently
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis for business strategies
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in service-oriented or facility management industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Must have two wheeler 
  • Must be locating near Vajrahalli off Kanakapura Road

  • Salary- 30K-35k per month
