Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop and deploy OTBI reports and dashboards
- Conduct Voice of Customer surveys to serve as guidance for reporting and improve utilization/adoption rates
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on workforce trends, talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, and performance
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across HR systems and reporting platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and HR to align people data with business outcomes
- Stay current on HR analytics trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the function
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of transferrable experience
- 2-4 years of Oracle OTBI experience
- Demonstrated SQL proficiency
- Proven track record of success in sales analytics or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Ability to lead and inspire a team
