We're looking for a dynamic and competitive Business Development Executive who can help us achieve our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This role blends lead generation, consultative selling, and product demonstration, offering a unique opportunity to engage prospects throughout the sales journey, from initial outreach to product showcasing and qualification.
You'll play a pivotal role in building our sales pipeline for smartContract CLM, creating meaningful connections with potential customers, and helping them understand how our platform can solve their business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, emails, and social media channels.
- Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest in smartContract CLM.
- Conduct engaging and tailored product demonstrations for prospects to showcase product capabilities and address business pain points.
- Understand customer requirements, map them to product features, and clearly articulate our value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to craft personalized demo and engagement strategies.
- Handle client questions and objections with confidence and clarity.
- Maintain and expand the database of qualified prospects to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
- Gather insights from client interactions and demos to share feedback with the product and marketing teams.
- Support the closing of deals by reinforcing product value, ROI, and customer success stories.
Requirements
- 25 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or pre-sales roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation and sales targets.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business users.
- Experience conducting product demos or engaging client presentations.
- Confident, proactive, and organized ,able to take full ownership of the sales cycle.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Technology.
