Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, managing client accounts, and developing and maintaining strong business relationships. The role involves strategic planning, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to align business objectives and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong background in Business management and strategic planning
- Effective Communication skills, including negotiation and relationship-building
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM tools and business development software is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required
- Experience within the electric vehicle or automotive industry is a plus
