We are expanding into Odisha and looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow our presence from the ground up.
Role OverviewYou will be responsible for lead generation, client consultation, and sales conversion across B2B, B2G, and B2C segments. This role requires a mix of field sales, technical understanding, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation- Identify new business opportunities across Odisha
- Visit construction sites, industries, and commercial projects
- Generate leads through networking, cold visits, and references
2. Client Consultation- Understand customer requirements
- Suggest suitable earthing & lightning protection solutions
- Coordinate with internal technical team for proposals
3. Sales & Closure- Handle complete sales cycle:
- Lead → Meeting → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
4. Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ensure repeat business and referrals
5. Market Development- Develop local contractor and consultant network
- Track upcoming projects and government opportunities

Eligibility CriteriaRequired- 1–5 years experience in field sales / project sales
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to travel extensively within Odisha
Preferred- Experience in electrical, construction, or industrial sales
- Basic technical understanding of electrical systems
