Role Overview:

We're looking for high-energy sales professionals who love targets, conversations, and closing deals. As a BDA, you will help prospective learners understand the value of our programs and convert them into successful enrollments through strategic outreach and relationship building.

What You'll Do:

• Convert inbound leads into enrolled learners
• Counsel students via calls & virtual sessions
• Drive revenue and consistently hit sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships
• Update lead activity in CRM tools

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Graduation is mandatory)
• 01 years of experience in B2C Sales / Edtech / Inside Sales
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• High ownership and performance-driven mindset
• Willingness to work 6 days a week
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual CTC: 9,00,000 (4,50,000 Fixed + 4,50,000 Variable)
