Job Title: Business Development Executive (Freelance Platforms)

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to manage and grow our presence on freelance platforms such as Upwork, Bark, and Clutch.
The ideal candidate should have experience in handling international clients (preferably U.S.-based), creating tailored proposals, and converting leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork, Bark, and Clutch
- Identify relevant projects/leads and submit customized proposals based on client requirements
- Understand client needs and pitch suitable digital marketing solutions
- Handle end-to-end communication with prospects (primarily U.S. clients)
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into paying clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with service offerings
- Track performance metrics (responses, conversions, deal closures)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience working on freelance platforms (Upwork, Bark, Clutch, and similar)
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing Services, including Website Development, Social Media Management, Search Engine Optimization, Paid Ads (Google/Facebook – basic understanding), and UI/UX fundamentals.
- Ability to write high-converting, personalized proposals
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience handling international clients (U.S. preferred)
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to close deals
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency
- Experience in selling digital marketing services
- Understanding of U.S. business culture and client expectations
