Key Responsibilities
HR Intern Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment & talent sourcing (LinkedIn, job portals, databases)
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate pipelines and trackers (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements
- Help in employer branding initiatives
Marketing Intern Responsibilities
- Assist in social media management (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Create and schedule content (posts, captions, basic creatives)
- Conduct market & competitor research
- Support in lead generation campaigns
- Help in building marketing strategies and execution plans
- Track campaign performance and maintain reports
Skills Required
For HR Intern:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills & High Level of confidence
- Basic understanding of recruitment / HR processes
- Good with Excel / Google Sheets
- Organized and detail-oriented
For Marketing Intern:
- Creative thinking & content writing skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing
- Familiarity with LinkedIn & social media platforms
- Research and analytical skills
Eligibility
- MBA in Marketing or HR
