Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Salary: 25,000 – 40,000 per month (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
• Enhance worldwide revenue, profit and market share with identified multinational accounts, through both existing and new business
• Build and manage relationships with existing clients and prospective clients
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
• Manage sales pipeline
• Analyse market and establish competitive advantages
• Attend regular meetings with clients for business development, marketing, technical governance and resolution of conflicts
• Have knowledge of import and export business and the mechanics and logistics behind it
• Communicate production timelines as well as product availability with customers
• Work in tandem with the product team regarding production forecasts
• Manage Indiamart and Trade India accounts
Qualifications:
• MBA degree with a minimum of 2 years of B2B chemical sales experience
• Bachelor's degree required – B.Sc. in Chemistry, B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
• Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the chemical, industrial, or manufacturing sectors
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant digital business platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate value chains, assess risks, and identify growth opportunities in target accounts
