This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive in Sector 47, Gurugram. You will be responsible for business development, building new client relationships, and maintaining existing ones for a tech & marketing consultancy offering marketing, branding, and web development services.
They should be confident, demonstrate strong skills, and possess practical communication skills.
Responsibilities
Sales calling [Generated Leads]
Manage sales pipeline & lifecycle
Build relationships with prospective clients
Scheduling a meeting with the technical team
Cold prospecting [LinkedIn Sales Navigator / Appplo / Lusha]
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition (agency experience preferred)
Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and web development services (basic service knowledge is enoughdeep technical knowledge not requiredyou will be given training too)
Proven ability to handle sales lifecycle end-to-end: calling qualifying pitching follow-ups closing
Comfortable with targets, CRM updates, and pipeline tracking
Excellent spoken and written communication (English + Hindi)
Good negotiation skills and objection handling
On-site availability in Sector 47, Gurugram (full-time)
Prior experience selling digital marketing services / IT services / web development is preferred but not mandatory
