We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for our Brand SGF. Direct reporting will be to our founder.
The role involves converting franchise leads into meetings, and some of admin work aslo coordinating with internal teams, and supporting brand expansion.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound franchise leads
Convert leads into virtual or in-person meetings
Explain franchise model & investment details
Regular follow-ups and meeting coordination
Maintain lead data in CRM / Excel
Achieve calling & conversion targets
Requirements:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented and customer-focused mindset
Interest in franchise sales & business growth
Basic CRM / Excel knowledge
