Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and build a robust sales pipeline through targeted lead generation activities. The role involves reaching out to prospective clients via calls, emails, meetings, and networking events, presenting Setunex services, and tailoring solutions to client needs. The individual will manage and nurture client accounts, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The position also includes preparing proposals, supporting negotiations, tracking sales targets, and providing regular reports and insights to management.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a qualified pipeline.
- Solid understanding of Business concepts and commercial awareness to identify client needs and value propositions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client interaction.
- Experience in Account Management, with a focus on relationship building, retention, and upselling or cross-selling.
- Proven experience in a business development, sales, or consulting role, preferably in professional or business services.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for reporting and forecasting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking abilities; comfort with client-facing responsibilities.
