Job Description

We are looking for a tech-savvy and resourceful BDE/PreSales Executive to help us build a robust pipeline of prospects for decision-makers. You will utilize cutting-edge AI tools and web scraping techniques to identify, verify, and compile high-value leads across various websites, social media platforms, and professional networks.

Designation: BDE/PreSales Executive

Location: Ahmedabad (Ganesh Meridian, S.G. Highway)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating business through bidding portals, cold calling, email marketing, and social media marketing. 
  • Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets. 
  • Analyses market trends and recommend changes to market and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and balance strategic and tactical issues.
  • Responsible for communication with the client and maintaining a healthy relationship with the existing clients. 
  • Developing quotes and proposals
  • Keep prospective client database updated
  • Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Coordinating with the business development manager, project manager, and Development Teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, and IT fluency
  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
  • Ability to strike a conversation and build rapport with international clients.
  • Excellent time management and organization
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Identifying new sales leads, pitching products and/or services
  • Strong negotiation skills for effective deal closure
  • Should have the zeal to work in the global scenario

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with AI research tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) and data scraping extensions.
  • Research Skills: Strong ability to navigate the web, perform deep internet searches, and synthesize information quickly.
  • Analytical Mindset: High attention to detail with the ability to spot trends and identify high-potential leads.
  • Communication: Good written communication skills for structuring lead reports and assisting with presales messaging.
  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
