Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our growth in the dental sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with dental professionals and clinics, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the dental industry, including dental doctors and clinics.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

Proposal Development:
Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business opportunities.

Sales Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to implementation, ensuring client satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and achieve business goals.

Sales & Marketing Knowledge:

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
