The RoleWe're looking for a Business Development Executive to drive outbound sales for Infoveave across Australia, India, and Southeast Asia. You will own the top-of-funnel motion researching accounts, identifying key decision-makers, crafting tailored outreach, and generating qualified meetings for the business development and product teams.
This is an in-office role based in Bangalore and operates in Australia-timezone hours (6 AM 3 PM IST). The ideal candidate is comfortable with these timings and motivated by the opportunity to work directly with global markets.

Your Day-to-Day
- Research and identify key decision-makers using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, databases, and other prospecting tools.
- Understand prospect needs, map account structures, and develop tailored outreach strategies.
- Execute outbound sequences: personalized LinkedIn messages, structured email outreach, and targeted phone calls.
- Introduce Infoveave to qualified buyers and articulate its value across analytics, automation, and AI.
- Build relationships with prospects, qualify interest, and schedule meetings for the business development and product teams.
- Maintain an accurate sales funnel and ensure clean CRM hygiene.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to support pipeline generation and revenue goals.
- Operate in Australia-focused hours (6 AM 3 PM IST) to reach relevant decision-makers in Australia, India, and Southeast Asia.
- Comply with Noesys Information Security Policy and related processes.
Who Thrives Here
- 2+ years in B2B SaaS / software sales, ideally selling to mid-market or enterprise customers.
- Experience with international markets, especially Australia, India, and SE Asia.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and comfort speaking with senior decision-makers.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and email/LinkedIn automation tools.
- Highly process-driven, detail-oriented, and target-focused.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage pipeline independently..
- Curiosity to learn products related to analytics, automation, and AI.
