Young Chemist Pvt Ltd is engaged in the Spa, Salon, Wellness, Hospitality, and Cosmetic Industry. We are looking for a smart, energetic, and target-oriented candidate who can manage sales activities, client communication, and business development operations on behalf of the company.
The candidate will be responsible for handling leads generated through online campaigns, meeting clients, generating sales, and developing business in the spa, salon, and hotel industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily calling on leads received from online marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into sales.
- Manage B2B and D2C sales activities.
- Meet clients for sales discussions and product presentations.
- Develop new business opportunities in Spa, Salon, Hotel, Wellness, and Hospitality sectors.
- Conduct field visits and occasional door-to-door sales in B2B segments.
- Maintain proper client records, reports, and follow-up data in Excel.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, requirements, and after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Bachelor's degree 1+ years in sales industry.
- Proper knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- CRM experience is preferred
- Strong sales and client handling skills.
- Knowledge of Spa, Salon, Hotel, and Wellness industry preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage targets.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Servicing preferred.
- Candidates from Spa, Salon, Cosmetic, Wellness, or Hospitality industry will be preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable with field work and client meetings.
