Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Goregaon. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with potential partners and clients to expand Sabka Dentist's clinic network and patient base. The Business Development Executive will manage accounts, follow up on inquiries, and support conversion of leads into long-term customers. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, visiting potential partners, presenting Sabka Dentist's services, negotiating basic commercial terms within defined guidelines, and coordinating with clinic and corporate teams to ensure smooth onboarding. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of activities in CRM tools, preparing reports for management, and representing the brand professionally at local events or initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, pursue, and convert growth opportunities.
  • Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage relationships, handle follow-ups, and support long-term client engagement.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present services clearly, negotiate confidently, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Relevant experience in healthcare, retail, or services business development is beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work on-site and travel locally as required.
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office and CRM or lead management tools is preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
