Role Objective
This role supports enterprise sales initiatives by engaging prospects, understanding requirements, and assisting in solution-based selling of ETL and banking software platforms. Ideal for candidates with early exposure to enterprise products and strong sales drive.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Engagement
- Generate and qualify leads within:
- Banks
- NBFCs
- Financial Institutions
- Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with decision-makers
Stakeholder Interaction
- Engage with:
- Head of IT / Data
- Compliance & Risk teams
- Company Secretaries
- Assist in solution presentations and requirement discussions
Product & Solution Awareness
- Develop understanding of:
- ETL workflows and data automation
- Core banking data structures
- Regulatory and compliance reporting needs
Sales Support & Operations
- Support proposal creation, pricing coordination, and CRM updates
- Work closely with senior sales managers and pre-sales teams
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Exposure to banking software, ETL, or enterprise data solutions
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Willingness to learn enterprise solution selling
- Structured, consultative sales approach
Education
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Sales and Marketing, or related field
