Job Summary:

RUS Education is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive student enrollments and expand institutional partnerships. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, counseling prospective students, building relationships with schools/colleges, and achieving admission targets for overseas education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate student leads through field visits, seminars, school/college tie-ups, referrals, and digital platforms.

Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities.

Guide students about courses, universities, admission processes, eligibility, and documentation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with school counselors, coaching centers, and education consultants.

Conduct presentations, career guidance seminars, and promotional activities.

Follow up with prospective students and ensure conversion of leads into admissions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

Maintain accurate student data and update CRM regularly.

Coordinate with the admissions and visa team for smooth processing of applications.

Participate in education fairs, exhibitions, and company events.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).

13 years of experience in education sales, counseling, or business development.

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Ability to work on targets and under pressure.

Willingness to travel for school visits and seminars.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
