Job Summary:
RUS Education is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive student enrollments and expand institutional partnerships. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, counseling prospective students, building relationships with schools/colleges, and achieving admission targets for overseas education programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate student leads through field visits, seminars, school/college tie-ups, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities.
• Guide students about courses, universities, admission processes, eligibility, and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school counselors, coaching centers, and education consultants.
• Conduct presentations, career guidance seminars, and promotional activities.
• Follow up with prospective students and ensure conversion of leads into admissions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate student data and update CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with the admissions and visa team for smooth processing of applications.
• Participate in education fairs, exhibitions, and company events.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in education sales, counseling, or business development.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to work on targets and under pressure.
• Willingness to travel for school visits and seminars.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
