*Job Description: Project Salesman – Gurgaon*
*About the Role*
We're looking for a driven Project Executive to handle B2B/Institutional sales for turnkey projects in Gurgaon/NCR. You'll own the sales cycle from lead generation to project handover for clients like builders, architects, contractors, and corporates.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Business Development*: Identify and approach new clients – builders, architects, PMC, interior firms, govt contractors in Gurgaon & NCR
- *Project Sales*: Pitch products/solutions for large-scale projects.
- *Technical Selling*: Understand drawings, BOQs, tenders. Coordinate with technical/estimation team for proposals
- *Client Management*: Build relationships with architects, consultants, purchase heads. Conduct presentations and site visits
- *Order Execution*: Follow up from quotation → negotiation → PO → delivery → payment collection. Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and projects team
- *Market Intelligence*: Track upcoming projects, competitor activity, pricing trends in Gurgaon real estate/infra market
