Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Associate to join our team in New Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves assisting with legal research, drafting, and reviewing contracts and agreements. The Associate will also engage in case preparations, provide support for litigation and client communication, and ensure thorough analysis of legal documentation. The role requires proactive collaboration with senior legal professionals and delivering exemplary client service.

Qualifications

• PQE 1-2 years
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation
• Effective communication and client management skills
• Knowledge of litigation processes, legal procedures, and court filings
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree in law (LLB or equivalent); relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus
• Prior experience in construction and infrastructure disputes is an advantage
