Role Overview:

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for generating new

clients for our IT staffing and ERP consulting services. This is a fully remote role that requires

proactive outreach, communication skills, and a strong understanding of technology hiring.

Responsibilities:

- Generate new clients through LinkedIn outreach and cold emails

- Identify companies hiring tech and ERP talent

- Build and maintain relationships with HR, hiring managers, and consulting firms

- Share candidate profiles and follow up regularly

- Manage and update candidate and client databases

- Schedule meetings for the Director (Nimish)

- Build partnerships with small agencies and consulting firms

- Send daily reports and maintain activity tracker

Requirements:

- 13 years of business development experience in staffing

- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

- Good understanding of IT and ERP hiring

- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- Target-driven mindset
