We are hiring for one of our esteemed clients in the logistics and transportation industry. The organization is a well-established international logistics service provider with a strong presence in the U.S. market, offering customized transportation solutions, freight management, and supply chain services. They are looking for dynamic sales professionals to join their growing team.
Business Development Executive (BDE)
Roles & Responsibilities
• Promote services to clients and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits.
• Generate fresh leads through self-sourcing, references, and cold calling.
• Meet and pitch service offerings to potential clients.
• Build trust by effectively handling customer objections.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure business continuity and referrals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution of processes.
• Drive business growth and contribute to the development of new solutions and services.
• Identify and develop logistics opportunities across the U.S. market.
• Build strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks across cross-functional teams.
• Utilize CRM systems and sales leads to target prospective clients.
• Develop client strategies using appropriate marketing materials.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• 2+ years of relevant experience in US Process Sales, Product Sales, or B2B Sales.
• Strong understanding of the logistics industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written) – Mandatory.
• Experience in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
