Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and street-smart Business Development Executive to manage on-ground sales activities. This role involves direct interaction with potential customers in the fieldbuilding interest, creating engagement, and converting leads into actual sales. You will play a key role in driving visibility and results through real-time, face-to-face marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-ground visits to potential customers, businesses, and target locations to generate leads and build interest in the product/service.
  • Engage directly with prospects, explain the product value, and create strong first-level relationships.
  • Perform live product demonstrations or service presentations and confidently address customer queries.
  • Identify potential opportunities in the market and convert walk-in or field leads into customers.
  • Maintain a daily record of field visits, leads generated, and sales conversions through CRM or reporting tools.
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals during field interactions whenever possible.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations/marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers for renewals, upselling, and relationship building.
  • Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and customer behavior updates from the field to help improve sales strategy.

Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in inside sales and/or field sales .
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple prospects
