The Business Development Executive / Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, managing client relationships end-to-end, and supporting the sales closure process. The role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to achieve company sales objectives.

Required Qualification
- B.Tech from a recognized university.
- Master's Degree in relevant field is a plus
Expirence
- 2 + years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or exhibition/event coordination is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying opportunities in target markets for your organization's products and services,
- Assessing client needs and the company's ability to meet those needs, give best solution to the client & proceed towards closing the order in favor of the company.
- Generating leads through cold calling prospective clients or networking at trade shows/ site visits / meeting appointments, etc. + Following up with new leads and referrals generated.
- Sending supporting documents to the clients. (technical/ accounts related/ company credential docs/ etc. )
- Be responsible for your leads/ client - end to end. From lead generation to pitching the product, convincing client, giving best solution, solving all client queries, submitting necessary docs, to closing the technical and financials, under the guidance or with the help of your reporting managers/ team members.
- Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of corporate competitors
- Be strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, MIS, preparing status reports on goals, compile & report data as per company policy / as stated & req. by reporting managers.
- Identifying and participating in Exhibitions/Trade fairs /Seminars /Product demo and organize the same with concerned Support team member, right from start till end of the exhibition. All activities including like finalizing exhibition, stall design, admin related jobs, all payment handling, travel bookings, representative sales person support docs, managing visas, etc. to be executed diligently.
- Perform any other job stated by HOD/ manager / Director of the company efficiently & in favor of the company.
- Technically qualifying the enquiries and mature it to level so that respective sales managers can close the orders.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong listening and client-handling abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to create presentations, basic posters, and creative materials.
- Skilled in internet research, data compilation, and documentation.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a result-oriented approach to targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Well-organized with strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
