About The Opportunity

You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities, connect with potential clients, and contribute to the company's expansion.
Role: Business Development Executive
This role provides exposure to the complete business development lifecycle, including lead generation, client interaction, sales conversion, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research and outreach (B2B and B2C)
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social platforms (cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling)
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions; prepare and tailor pitches and proposals
- Maintain and update customer databases using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive) and ensure accurate pipeline management
- Use prospecting and outreach tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Outreach, and Mailchimp for targeted campaigns
- Support in preparing proposals and presentations using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings via Zoom or Google Meet; manage bookings with Calendly or Google Calendar
- Follow up with leads and convert them into clients; document interactions and next steps in the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align on lead qualification and campaign execution
- Achieve assigned targets and contribute to team goals; track key metrics and report on performance

- Lead Generation: Number of qualified leads generated and source attribution (LinkedIn, email, referrals)
- Conversion Rate: Successful client acquisitions and demo-to-close ratios
- Task Completion: Timely follow-ups, CRM updates, and accurate reporting
- Communication Skills: Effective client interaction and proposal success
- Learning Growth: Continuous improvement in sales tools and CRM proficiency
- Team Contribution: Active participation in achieving targets and supporting campaigns
Evaluation & Completion Criteria
- Weekly or bi-weekly performance reviews including CRM activity audits
- Mid-term evaluation of communication, outreach effectiveness, and sales skills
- Final evaluation based on performance, consistency, target achievement, and tool proficiency
- High-performing candidates may be considered for long-term or full-time opportunities based on performance.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Any graduate or currently pursuing a degree (BBA, B.Com, MBA, etc.)
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with proficiency in English; additional languages (Hindi or regional languages) are a plus
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts including B2B/B2C selling, social selling, and lead qualification
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Excel / Google Sheets)
- Familiarity with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and basic email automation platforms is desirable
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in sales, marketing, or business development with demonstrable motivation
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and experience updating CRM records (preferred)
- Prior internship or project experience in sales, customer success, or related roles (optional)
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Outreach, Mailchimp, Intercom, or Calendly is a plus
- Confidence in client interaction and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Strong motivation to build a career in business development and familiarity with sales KPIs

- Salary: 15,000 - 22,000
