Echoleads.AI, a product of Rudravega AI Labs Pvt. Ltd., is an AI-powered voice platform that helps businesses automate lead engagement. From handling inbound and outbound calls to qualifying leads and managing follow-ups across channels like WhatsApp, SMS, and email—Echoleads enables faster response times and higher conversions without manual effort. 

Role Overview 

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, engaging prospects, and supporting revenue growth through consultative selling. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

·      Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and inbound channels  

·      Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demo calls for the sales team  

·      Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects across target industries  

·      Understand client requirements and position AI-based solutions effectively  

·      Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients  

·      Follow up consistently to move leads through the sales funnel  

·      Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities in CRM  

·      Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve outreach and messaging  

·      Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets  

 

Key Requirements 

·      2–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in SaaS, AI, or tech products)  

·      Strong communication and negotiation skills  

·      Proven track record of lead generation and closing deals  

·      Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)  

·      Ability to understand and explain technical solutions in a simple way  

·      Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset  

 

Preferred Qualifications 

·      Experience selling AI, automation, or SaaS products  

·      Familiarity with digital marketing channels (Meta, Google Ads lead funnels)  

·      Exposure to outbound prospecting and cold outreach strategies
