Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Vadodara. The role involves MIS, actively generating leads, and managing client relationships. The Business Development Executive will work closely with internal teams to develop strategies that align with company goals, participate in negotiations with clients, and manage customer accounts to ensure long-term partnerships. This role is key to driving the company's growth by exploring new markets and industries while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Good Communication skills (English), including negotiation and client relations
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential growth opportunities
• Idea of CRM tools and good grip on Microsoft Office suite
• Self-motivated, proactive, and Team player
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Experience in the energy or engineering sectors is an advantage but not mandatory
