Job Title: Junior Business Development Executive

Location: Ahmedabad & Vadodara

Job Description:

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Business Development Executive with at least 1+ year of experience to join our team. In this role, you'll help drive growth and expand our market reach. This is an ideal position for someone who is looking to jump-start a career in business development and gain hands-on experience with a dynamic team.

Objectives of This Role:

  • Support the business development team in identifying, qualifying, and acquiring new business opportunities.
  • Help increase revenue by building relationships with prospective clients and strengthening connections with existing ones.
  • Contribute to the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Assist in market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach potential clients through various channels such as calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
  • Utilize online platforms such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Fiverr, Freelancer, Upwork, and others to source new business opportunities and maintain relationships.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of business proposals and pitches to potential clients.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with client and prospect information, ensuring accuracy and tracking engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and generate leads.
  • Conduct follow-up activities with leads and clients to build strong relationships and secure new business.
  • Support the business development manager in preparing reports and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Maintain organized records and submit regular reports detailing client interactions, deal status, and sales metrics.
  • Meet assigned monthly and quarterly targets; earn a commission based on the percentage of target achievement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Min. 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach.
  • Basic understanding of business development strategies and sales processes.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and others, with experience using these for lead generation.
  • Ability to research and analyze market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • Relevant qualifications: BBA, MCA, MBA, BCA, MSc IT, BSc IT, BE, B.E (Comp.), or Diploma.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role or in a similar industry.
  • Familiarity with sales prospecting tools and social media platforms.
