Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Executive (B2B IT Staffing & Partnerships) for a full-time remote role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
This role focuses on building strong partnerships within the IT staffing, offshore hiring, and remote delivery ecosystem, while promoting Resource Bazaar Technologies flexible engagement models and services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B leads for IT staffing and resource augmentation services
Develop and manage new business opportunities across domestic and international markets
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Founders, HR Heads)
Present and promote dedicated developer, hourly, and project-based engagement models
Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and ensure smooth client onboarding
Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, reports, and forecasts using CRM tools
Qualifications & Skills
Strong experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation within IT staffing or B2B services
Solid understanding of business development processes, including client engagement, strategy, and contract negotiation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in account management and client relationship building
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in IT staffing, partnerships, or resource augmentation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting systems
