Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive in New Delhi.

This is a field-heavy role. You will identify, visit, and onboard real estate operators, contractors, service providers, shops, and local businesses.

You will help us map local markets, create business profiles, collect business details, build relationships, generate leads, and support the founding team in building a repeatable market launch playbook.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard local businesses, property operators, contractors, and service providers
  • Collect business details, photos, rates, availability, and service information
  • Build relationships with local businesses and professionals
  • Generate leads and convert interested businesses into active users
  • Track daily work using WhatsApp, Sheets, CRM, or internal tools
  • Share field feedback with the founding team

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in field sales, business development, merchant onboarding, real estate, construction, local services, or marketplace operations
  • Comfortable with ground work and face-to-face business meetings
  • Strong Hindi/Hinglish communication
  • Basic comfort with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and reporting
  • Civil engineering, real estate, construction, or local services experience is a plus

Good Fit

You are street-smart, comfortable in the field, and can speak confidently with shop owners, contractors, property operators, and service providers.

Not A Fit

  • This is not an office-only sales or corporate partnerships role. We need someone who can execute on the ground daily.
