Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Salem for a Business Development Executive. The position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and driving growth for the company. The role also includes building strong relationships with potential and existing clients, coordinating with internal teams, and preparing and delivering compelling business presentations and proposals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Business Operations and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Proven ability to identify business opportunities and navigate negotiations
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
