Rcosource is a fast-growing E-commerce service provider, helping brands accelerate their online presence through performance-driven solutions. We are expanding our Business Development team and looking for passionate individuals who can drive sales and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert qualified leads into successful clients.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships.
  • Address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close profitable deals.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

Who Can Apply

  • Candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Goal-driven and comfortable working with targets.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain client relations.
