Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

  • Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online research.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential clients.
  • Reach out to decision-makers such as HR Managers, HR Heads, and Founders.

2. Client Acquisition

  • Pitch recruitment and HR consulting services to potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings or calls for the senior sales team.
  • Follow up with prospects and convert them into clients.

3. Sales Coordination

  • Support the sales process by preparing proposals, agreements, and client documentation.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal recruitment teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM or Excel.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and recruiters.
  • Handle client follow-ups and service updates.

5. Market Research

  • Identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Track competitor activity and potential market segments.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in lead generation and B2B sales
  • Knowledge of recruitment / staffing industry (preferred)
  • Good email writing and client communication skills
  • Ability to handle sales coordination and follow-ups
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and MS Excel
