Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Rajkot. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, engaging with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting Rajeshwar Infotech's software and development solutions. The role involves managing client accounts, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The Business Development Executive will also track performance metrics, provide regular reports, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including the ability to build and manage a proactive sales pipeline.
  • Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Business relationship-building skills to nurture long-term client partnerships.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to present solutions clearly and negotiate effectively.
  • Relevant experience in IT services or software development sales, with understanding of web and mobile solutions, is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation abilities, proficiency in CRM and productivity tools, and a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
