Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify potential SaaS clients through outbound prospecting.
- Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, cold email campaigns, Upwork, and other sales channels.
- Schedule discovery calls and manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach to conversion.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure consistent follow-ups with prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SaaS founders and key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements, present tailored solutions, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Meet lead generation and sales targets while contributing to the company's growth.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
- Experience in SaaS sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, Upwork, and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Strong prospecting, pipeline management, and follow-up abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
