Job Description:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to set up meetings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Assist in creating business proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client acquisition.
• Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and lead information.
• Required qualifications and skills:
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
