About The Role
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented
Business Development Executive (BDE) B2B to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in
B2B sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and end-to-end sales coordination. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Connect with decision-makers and schedule meetings, presentations, and product/service discussions.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable business solutions.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to follow-up and closure support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely proposal sharing and smooth onboarding of clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches, presentations, and business proposals.
- Follow up regularly with leads and clients to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM or internal trackers.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Corporate Sales.
- Strong experience in lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, and follow-ups.
- Good understanding of B2B sales cycle and client acquisition process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with business clients and decision-makers.
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
- Self-motivated, confident, and proactive approach towards business development.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, field sales, or client acquisition.
- Ability to handle corporate clients and understand business requirements.
- Strong presentation and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
