About The Role

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) B2B to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and end-to-end sales coordination. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Connect with decision-makers and schedule meetings, presentations, and product/service discussions.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable business solutions.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to follow-up and closure support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely proposal sharing and smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches, presentations, and business proposals.
  • Follow up regularly with leads and clients to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM or internal trackers.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Corporate Sales.
  • Strong experience in lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Good understanding of B2B sales cycle and client acquisition process.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with business clients and decision-makers.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and proactive approach towards business development.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, field sales, or client acquisition.
  • Ability to handle corporate clients and understand business requirements.
  • Strong presentation and coordination skills.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
