Job details are as follows:

Position: Business Development Executive.

Salary: (Negotiable/ Depends on qualification and experience)

Job Timings: 11:00 am to 08:00 pm.

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Roles and Responsibilities for International BDE:

Lead Generation for acquiring new clients from various industries in the European Market.

Handle lead generation and database research with the help of various online tools, directories and websites.

Cold Calling the clients through Skype.

Conversion of the leads through Emails and Virtual calls.

Negotiating with them regarding the terms and getting them impaneled.

Taking Details of the open positions from them and forwarding it to the Manager.

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients through Google Meet, Teams, Zoom etc.

Client servicing, and feedback from clients.

Coordination between clients and Head office regarding vendor agreements.

Expert in working on LinkedIn and other online social media tools.

Should have strong internet research skills and a Clear understanding of market research basics.

Target Clients are companies in Romania, Croatia, Hungary, Serbia.

Training will be provided for the entire module of Lead Generation and closures.

Looking for Fresher as well as Experienced Candidates having excellent English communication, good

negotiation skills, Active learning, and Confidence.
