About QuickOps India

QuickOps is a founder-led IT agency working with international clients across the US, UK, and EU. We build websites, custom solutions, and digital systems for growing businesses.

We are not a large corporate setup. We are a small, execution-focused team where every individual directly contributes to growth. If you join us, your work will have a real impact from day one.

The Opportunity

This is not a typical internship where you are given repetitive tasks.

You will be working closely with the Founder and will be exposed to real sales processes, real clients, and real business challenges. The goal is simple: help build a strong sales pipeline and learn how deals are actually created and closed in an IT services business.

If you perform well, this role can evolve into a long-term position within the company.

Internship Structure

Please apply only if you are comfortable with the structure below:

  • 6 months: Up to ₹5,000 per month + incentives
  • Full-time Offer (based on performance): ₹2.16 - 3.12 LPA (In-hand) + incentives

This role is designed for long-term growth, not short-term comfort.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Generate leads through research, LinkedIn, cold emails, and other outreach methods
  • Identify potential clients and understand their business needs
  • Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and outreach strategies
  • Communicate with prospects and maintain consistent follow-ups
  • Support in handling client conversations and moving deals forward
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline
  • Track performance metrics such as leads generated, responses, and conversions

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence in speaking with new people and presenting ideas
  • Basic understanding of IT services, websites, or digital solutions is a plus
  • Willingness to learn outreach, sales, and client handling from scratch
  • Self-discipline and the ability to take ownership of tasks
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, or CRM tools is an advantage
