Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business goals.
- Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and reports to clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
