Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Experience Required: 6 months - 1 Year

Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 per month

Work Schedule: 5 days working (Monday to Friday)

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Work Mode: Onsite

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business goals.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and reports to clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
